Do you want to advertise on our website?
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and welcome you to our website, and as you are probably aware that both of us are passionate about fund raising activities and organising enjoyable events for the Anglo-Indian community in the London area. We organised our first event, a 'Sing-a-Long' evening in March 2007. Being in this country (UK) for over 45 years, we finally decided in 2005 it was time to visit India, especially having a few relatives whom Allan had not seen since 1960. We must admit it was an extraordinary experience visiting the country where we were born and we had a wonderful time visiting all the main sites, and finally ended our holiday relaxing in beautiful Goa, before we came back home to England. After enjoying this wonderful holiday, and meeting up with family and friends, we began to realise how lucky we were.
We then thought of the few families we had met who were struggling to educate their young children. We wanted to help them in any way we could, then finally we decided to organise dances, whereby we could raise funds to help educate young Anglo-Indian children in India. As we both enjoy entertaining, this was a great way of getting the community together and raising funds. We would like to appeal to the Anglo-Indian community across London to support our dances to help the less fortunate families left in India. If you know of any Anglo-Indian families who are struggling to send their children to school and would like a helping hand, please come forward and offer some help with our events, by being a 'Party Leader' and selling tickets for all our dances, helping on the night, or even donating prizes for our raffle. Allan has always loved music and has been involved in running dances for many years, he was on the Committee for 'Club Eurasia' in 1968 to 1970 at the Hammersmith Palais.

We currently organise three dances, and a Kite Flying day in the year, normally in May, Sept or October and our New Years Eve Ball, when we actually present the cheques from the funds raised during that year.
To date we have donated £2,800.00 to help educate the young children.
